====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sono P.S. Case No.156 of 2015 registered under Sections 302, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the informant's father was murdered in the night while sleeping in the hut and she suspects the involvement of the accused persons named in the F.I.R. due to land dispute.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that no one has seen the alleged crime and merely on the basis of suspicion, the petitioner has been roped in this case. There is no motive of the petitioner to murder the informant's father as there is no land dispute with him, even there is no circumstantial evidence and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6950 of 2017 (4) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Vijay Mandal be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No.156 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
