The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 354, 379, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Nowkothi P.S.Case No. 97 of 2022.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is specific allegation against co-accused Aman Mishra that he assaulted the informant and the injuries are simple. Against the petitioners, there is no allegation of assault. Petitioner no.1 is a lady and petitioner no.2 is 75 years

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56118 of 2022(2) dt.04-02-2023 2/2 of age. They are parents of the main accused Aman Mishra. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Mohini Kumari, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Nowkothi P.S.Case No. 97 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
