JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an application before the District Appellate Authority, Siwan, under Rule 15(2) of the Bihar State School Teachers and Employees Disputes Redressal Rules, 2015, for redressal of his grievance.
