2. The present petition has been filed for transfer of Divorce Case No. 347 of 2014 from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur (Ara) to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna.

3. At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that during the pendency of the present petition, there has been progress in the subject divorce case.
