JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 28.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of snatching the jewellery of the informant. The petitioner was apprehended near the spot of snatching on chase.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner was apprehended only on suspicion. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3844 of 2015 (2) dt.30-01-2015 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No.461 of 2014.
