The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 424, 326, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(i) (x) of the S.C./S.T. Act.

In the background of land dispute it is alleged that the petitioners assaulted with farsa and khanti to the informant It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that injury has been found to be simple in nature. There is counter version of the occurrence and the petitioners' side also received injury whereas the informant's side is in habit of lodging such cases. From the averments made in para-

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Sandesh P.S.
