JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 The only reason why the writ petition is being dismissed is because petitioner had adequate remedy to assail the order contained in Annexure-8, before the Divisional Commissioner, Patna, because initially the matter was remanded by him for reconsideration and then Annexure-8 has been passed. Since the petitioner has chosen not to exhaust that remedy, this writ application is dismissed with liberty to do the needful by moving the Divisional Commissioner.
