The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 217 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354, 427, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that the accused persons were demolishing her own wall. On protest all the accused persons assaulted her and the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with fists and slaps.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case. The occurrence took place on account of land dispute. The petitioner is a lady. It appears that there is only allegation against the

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 217 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
