The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 307, 341, 323, 337, 338, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, it is stated that the five named accused persons started to hurl stones and were abused. On the father of the informant asking them not to abuse, it is stated that they started to fire indiscriminately. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The manner of occurrence is other than what has been narrated in the FIR. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration that no person was injured in the occurrence alleged in the FIR together with the petitioner having remained in custody for 1 year 4 months, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Buxar (Ind) P.S. Case no. 206 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
