The present writ petition has been filed for removal of encroachment from Durga Ashram Gali (Prem Bhawan Gali, Rajendra Path), Sheikhpura, P.S. Shastrinagar, District Patna, which had earlier been removed upon filing of a writ petition before this Court.
Learned counsel appearing for Patna Municipal Corporation undertakes that in case there is any encroachment
Patna High Court CWJC No.16812 of 2019(2) dt.27-08-2019 2/2 over the aforesaid Gali, the same shall be removed within a period of two weeks from today.
