JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim stated in her statement recorded u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. that she was allured by the petitioner and was taken to Delhi, from where; she was again brought to Aunta, where she was dropped by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim was found aged about between 16-17 years in her medical examination and as a matter of fact, there was love affairs between petitioner and the victim and the victim herself left her home along with the petitioner. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 691 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai.
