The petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2019 in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 152 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation is false and mischievous and the son of the present petitioner has tried to implicate the petitioner only to grab the land of the petitioner. He further submits that FIR was lodged belatedly, for which there is no plausible explanation.
