ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 28-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was granted bail by this Court by the order dated 5.1.2015 on condition that a supplementary affidavit shall be filed on her behalf that she is not an accused in any other case. The fact that the Petitioner was an accused in two other cases with identical allegation by the very same Complainant was mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition. Considering such aspect of the matter, let condition (ii) of the order dated 05.1.2015 be ignored.

The application stands allowed.
