The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Paharpur P.S. Case No. 96 of 2009 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 147, 148, 504, 307, 323 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that they have been armed variously abused the informant. Shaukat Mian is alleged to have assaulted the informant with Pharsa.

It is submitted that there is no sort of allegation against petitioner no. 2 Afroz Mian and the petitioner no. 1 is order giver. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17153 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in Paharpur P.S.
