Petitioner seeks bail in Amarpur P.S.Case No.62 of 2016 registered for the offences under Section 379 of the I.P.C.. Allegation as per the F.I.R. is of theft of motor cycle. The petitioner was remanded in this case from another case. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no recovery from possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused only on the basis of the statement of the co-accused in other case and he is in custody since 13.03.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with
