The present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 09.06.2015, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani, in Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 149 of 2012, whereby, the petitioners' prayer for discharge has been rejected. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the charges have been framed and the trial has commenced. In view of the changed stage of the trial, the application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions at the appropriate stage of proceeding.
