2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 479 of 2023 registered under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. On 16.07.2023, at about 06.30 p.m., all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners came to the house of informant called her father and asked him to come with his in- laws to Chakala Badhepara for Panchayati to resolve the dispute between family. Upon this, the father of informant went to the parental house of her mother (Nanihal). It is next alleged that a dispute between informant's mother and father was raised a month ago, due to which her mother and her five sisters went

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59675 of 2024(3) dt.06-12-2024 2/2 to her parental house. It is next alleged that on 17.08.2023, at about 04.30 p.m., informant received information that the accused persons killed her father and also cremated without giving information in order to destroy the evidence.

4. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 06.04.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 479 of 2023.
