1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent.

4. Allegation is of recovery of 2638.8 litres of liquor from a truck.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case being the driver of the truck. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2024. It is next submitted that the police in a mechanical manner implicated the petitioner alleging that he is driver of the truck when petitioner asserts and submits that he is

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 208 of 2024.
