Petitioner was granted privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 23.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 28504/2014 with direction to surrender before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Mahila P. S. case no. 18/2014 within four weeks from the date of receipt of the aforesaid order to the concerned court but the petitioner did not surrender before the concerned court and has sought more time for surrender before the concerned court. This modification petition has been filed by the petitioner after more than one and half year and, therefore, I do not find any ground to modify the order dated 23.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 28504/2014.
