JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2018 This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 24.08.2007 passed by the Assistant Labour Commissioner, Patna in M.W.Case No.171 of 2007 by which the authority rejected the submission that the minimum wages fixed under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 is not applicable on the petitioner company.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the present application the parties have entered into compromise before the Labour Tribunal on the point of revision of wages and now no dispute is in existence between the parties.
In view of the submissions made above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
