The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chowk P.S. Case No. 213 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 30(a) (c) (d)/38/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It has been alleged in the written report that foreign liquor has been recovered from the house of Jaykant Rai and seizure list was prepared. This petitioner was also named as associate of Jaykant Rai. There is no any recovery from possession of this petitioner. In the circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is allowed.

In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4454 of 2017 (2) dt.14-02-2017 2/2 Chowk P.S. Case No. 213 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
