Versus
1. The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Rajesh Roy, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s : Smt. Asha Devi, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Kuchaikote P.S. case No.326 of 2012 (Trial No.994 of 2014) instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Persona, J.M., 1st class, Gopalganj.
Considering that this is the second application for anticipatory bail, which is not maintainable, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is once again rejected. The Petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, failing which stringent steps shall be taken by the court below for his arrest.
