The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are parents of the husband.

There is general and omnibus allegation of dowry demand and for the same co-accused Sulekha Devi has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.07.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16042 of 2016. Allegation against the petitioners is similar to Sulekha Devi.

In the circumstances, let the petitioners, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2961 of 2017 (3) dt.03-03-2017 2/2 named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif/Successor Court in connection with Deep Nagar Police Station Case No. 345 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
