Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-381/406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that he had given Rs.

1,80,000/- to the petitioner to hand over the same to his mother but the petitioner embezzled the aforesaid amount. Admittedly, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 16-02-2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
