The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Chandan (Anandpur) P.S. Case No. 175 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is dowry death. Petitioner No.1 is the father-in-law and petitioner No.2 is the mother-in-law. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner the dead body was found in the railway track and it may be accidental or suicidal.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45469 of 2018 (3) dt.10-09-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let all the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Chandan (Anandpur) P.S. Case No. 175 of 2017, subject to condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court.
