The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under section 341 and other sections of the I.P.C.

The gist of allegation is that Parmanand Sharma and Deo Narain Sharma executed the sale deed in favour of the petitioner by impersonating the complaint and his two brothers Ramanand Sharma and Panchanand Sharma.

It is submitted that the petitioner is purchaser of the land. Deo Narain Sharma is the father of the petitioner and Panchanand Sharma is his own brother. The dispute is of civil nature.

Considering the fact and nature of allegation and also that the petitioner is purchaser, the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
