Regard being had to the submissions made at the Bar and the ground taken in the restoration application. Cr. W.J.C. No. 796 of 2015, which stood dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 04.02.2016, is restored to its original file. Cr. W.J.C. No. 796 of 2015 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to seek remedy for the redressal of his grievance by way of filing a civil suit before a court of competent jurisdiction. Leave is granted.
