The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muraliganj P.S. Case No. 74 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 379, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case in between the parties. It is also submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and both the parties have sustained injuries. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
