Petitioner seeks bail in Khutauna P.S. Case No.37 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code and 30(a), 38(i)(2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that from motorcycle of this petitioner 90 bottles Nepali Saufi each of 300 ML and 15 bottles Nepali Saufi each of 180 ML has been recovered.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46684 of 2018(5) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani, in connection with Khutauna P.S. Case No.37 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
