2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 28.07.2017, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 86 of 2016, G.R. No. 2697 of 2016 for the offence alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 17.01.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 2265 of 2018.

3. Having regard to the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Md. Ibrarul/BT U T
