2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners have filed the present review petition for review of the judgment dated 08.10.2021, passed in CWJC No.15176 of 2021, to the extent of grant of liberty to them to proceed in accordance with law to assess and recover the amount of loss caused to the fund, however, at the outset, it is submitted that the present review petition be disposed off with liberty to the review petitioners to proceed in accordance with law.

3. It is needless to state that in case the law so permits, there is no bar for the review petitioners to act in accordance with law and for the said purpose no liberty is required to be accorded.

4. Accordingly, the present review petition stands disposed off.
