Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.11.2014 on the accusation that he opened fire causing fire arms injury on the palm of the informant.

No doubt, nature of injury is said to be grievous in nature but according to the prosecution case itself, there was land dispute between the parties.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case no. 196/2014.
