The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 134 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner no. 1 assaulted by butt of rifle on the neck of husband of informant and petitioner no. 2 inflicted knife blow on his neck. Petitioner no. 3 assaulted the informant's husband by means of axe on his shoulder.

It is submitted that both parties are agnates and due to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67904 of 2021(2) dt.18-07-2022 2/2 land dispute the alleged occurrence took place. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

Counsel for State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that informant's husband sustained multiple injuries including head injury six in numbers.

Considering the facts aforesaid and multiple injuries sustained by the husband of informant on vital part of body, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
