2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 452 of 2022 dated 24.12.2022 instituted for offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498 (A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioners is that they assaulted the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant and there are general and omnibus allegation against them. They

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners above named be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 452 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
