The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is a case of recovery of about 300 liters of Mahua liquor from a plastic drum.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no recovery from the conscious or constructive possession of the petitioners and they have no concern with the seized liquor and petitioners have not been

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S.
