The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with G.R.P., Patna Junction (Gulzarbagh) P.S. Case No. 94 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is snatching of mobile phone of the informant and he was arrested on spot. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for about six months and up till now charge has been submitted against him.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45530 of 2018 (3) dt.10-09-2018 2/2 of bail to this petitioner. However, once the charge framed against the petitioner, the learned trial Court shall release this petitioner on his own satisfaction.
