Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case filed under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is for non-supply of the documents of the teachers who were appointed between 2003-05.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that he joined as Panchayat Secretary, Sakra Block, District, Muzaffarpur and took charge from the previous Panchayat Secretary on 29.05.2012 and charge of the documents of the concerned period was never given to him which has been communicated to the

Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today in Sakra P.S. Case No.58/16, the above named petitioner, Manoj Kumar shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Muzaffarpur subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
