ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2018 in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No.60 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 120B, 121, 121A, 122 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 17, 18, 18b, 20, 23 U.A.(P) Act, 1967 and Sections 25(1-B), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, in which Section 67 of the I.T. Act was added on 16.02.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal history and he has been in jail for six months, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44150 of 2018 (3) dt.28-08-2018 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No.60 of 2018.
