ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-09-2015 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order of non-discharge dated 24.11.2014 passed by the Sessions Judge, Jehanabad in S.Tr. No. 399 of 2013 arising out of Karpi P.S. Case No. 155 of 2010.

Considering that the Petitioners seek quashing on disputed questions of fact which can not be gone into at this stage, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The Application is dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary

For this reason, the Trial Court is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad, and the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
