There happens to be omnibus allegation against the petitioner and others who brutally assaulted Sintu Singh with lathi, butt of gun, fist and slap and that also happens to be the cause of death as found by the doctor during course of postmortem.

Petitioner has got criminal antecedent however, considering the nature of the allegation petitioner, Pappu Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Barhiya P.S.
