The petitioner seeks bail in Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 187 of 2014, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 13/15/2/15, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Sandip Kumar son of the informant with Khanti on his head. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Sandip Kumar got one injury on his head measuring 11⁄2"x11⁄2"x11⁄2", but the nature of injury was kept reserved. The police submitted charge sheet without obtaining the opinion of the nature of the injury. The petitioner is the co-sharer and neighbour of the informant.
