Petitioners filed this quashing petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 22.06.2002 passed in Complaint Case No. C471/2002. The petitioners moved before this court after 14 years. On this ground alone I am not at all inclined to interfere with the order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this quashing petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as withdrawn.
