By way of filing an application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners seek quashing of the FIR of Ghorasahan P.S.Case No. 468 of 2014 registered under sections 366-A, 120-B and 386 of the Indian Penal Code. In the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State, it has been contended that in course of investigation and supervision the allegations made in the FIR have been found to be false and the Sub Divisional Police Officer has directed the Investigating Officer of the case to submit final form in the case.

Patna High Court Cr.
