JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2022 Admittedly, the entire retiral dues, to which the petitioner is entitled except the amount of group insurance, has already stood paid. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the Respondents, as also mentioned in the office order dated 29.06.2022 issued by the Superintending Engineer, Command Area Development Agency, Bhagalpur that since there was no provision of deduction from the salary of the concerned employee under the head of group insurance, no amount of group insurance has been paid to the petitioner herein. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though it is a fact that whatever outstanding retiral
