Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to the order of the learned Sessions Judge wherein he has noticed the facts and submits that this case is only out of vengeance for the petitioner having secured bail in an earlier case instituted by the complainant. There being a land dispute between the parties and the petitioner having been bailed out by the Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50722 of 2014 (3) dt.09-06-2015 in another case, this case has been instituted. Otherwise, there is nothing in the matter.

Having considered the matter, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 01st Class, Sadar Motihari in Trial No 1660 of 2014 arising out of Complaint Case No 1824/324 of 2014 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
