The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 419/420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(d) of I.T. Act, 2008.

Petitioner is suspected to have committed fraud with the ATM card of the informant and money of the account of informant was transferred in the account of the petitioner. Submission is that petitioner has already lodged Phulparas P.S. Case No.279 of 2018 prior to the present case informing the police that money from the account of the petitioner has been transferred to some other account. The petitioner is suffering from tuberculosis.

No.53117 of 2019(3) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No.22 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Birendra Kumar, J) Mkr./- U T
