Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 304B/34 IPC. The informant is the father of the deceased and alleged that his daughter was killed by her husband and other in-laws on account of nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. The petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased.

It appears that the marriage was solemnized in the year 2009. There is no allegation of assault against the petitioner, who is brother-in-law. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Sanjeev Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No. 48 of 2014.
