The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 817 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The gist of the allegation is that verification of the certificates of the petitioner and others was done by the vigilance department in pursuance of the order of this Court passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15459 of 2014 and the certificates on the basis of which the petitioner and others were appointed were found forged. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to resign from the service. The petitioner did not resign within time as stipulated by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition and the petitioner got fraudulently appointed on the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9042 of 2017 (4) dt.07-04-2017 2/2 post of teacher on the basis of forged certificates submitted by him.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
