2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 33 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by the accused persons by firing.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. The informant in his further statement has changed the prosecution case who has said that the deceased was taken

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60465 of 2024(3) dt.20-11-2024 2/2 away by the accused persons including the petitioner and subsequently his dead body was found. The petitioner is in jail since 10.05.2024.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 33 of 2024.
