Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nawada Nagar P.S. Case No. 648 of 2016 registered under Sections- 341, 323, 379, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already returned the money. Even if the allegations levelled in the first information report is take to be true, the matter appears to be civil in nature. Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is named accused in the first information report. Petitioner has criminal history. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1880 of 2017 (3) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 I do not feel inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. His prayer for anticipatory bail is, therefore, rejected.
